Refund Policy

Store Purchases

All allowed returns will be given in STORE CREDIT only. Store credit is valid for 12 months for the issue date.

There are NO refunds or exchanges on consignment items, clearance items, light bulbs, frozen or refrigerated foods.

There are NO refunds or exchanges on products that have damaged packaging, damaged seals, or that have been used or tested, unless the item is defective. We reserve the right to verify product defects before issuing store credit.

Unopened products not listed above may be returned or exchanged with a valid receipt within 7 days for store credit.

Opened, unused products without damaged packaging may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt and will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Unopened products returned after 7 days, but no more than 30 days must have a valid receipt and will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Live animals and plants can be returned within 48 hours in the same condition they were purchased and will be charged a livestock rental fee of  70% of the original purchase price.

Special orders are required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50%, and will only be refunded as store credit any amount paid over the 50%.

Missed scheduled delivery attempts will be charged a service fee of $100 per service professional required for delivery. All service/delivery appointments must be be rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid service fees.

Online Purchases

Please Note that we ARE NOT shipping at this time.

  • We offer arrive alive guarantee only.
  • Please do not discard animals without our consent as this will void our guarantee.
  • We do not issue refunds for any livestock. Instead we will offer a store credit for the purchase price. Store credit is good for 1 year from the date it is issued.
  • Livestock purchased with store credit will not be replaced or refunded. We do not replace replacements.
  • Customer must be present at the location to receive order and must sign for package on the first delivery attempt — even if the delivery is late. 
  • If a delivery is refused for any reason, the customer will be held accountable for the full cost of the shipment.
  • If your order is delayed you are still required to receive it and acclimate all contents before contacting us.
  • Weather related delays, mechanical failure etc. which result in loss will not be covered.
  • DOAs must be reported within 1 hour of delivery time accompanied by pictures.
